Bruce Madness · legal-ish

The fine print

Bruce Madness is an unofficial fan parody. A group of friends (the Cluck Squad) runs a bracket every year to settle who the greatest Bruce is. This site is where we keep score. It’s for fun, and nobody here is making any money from it.

Not the NCAA

Bruce Madness is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the National Collegiate Athletic Association. March Madness® is a registered trademark of the NCAA. We borrow the idea of a bracket as a parody. We are not the NCAA tournament and don’t claim to be.

Not the Bruces, either

The real people named on this site appear because their name is Bruce (first or last) and our friends voted on them. None of them is affiliated with Bruce Madness, and being in a bracket doesn’t mean they know about it, endorse it, or have anything to do with it.

The write-ups are good-natured jokes built on publicly available information, with links to Wikipedia so you can read the real story. If you’re one of the Bruces, or speak for one, and would rather not be included, we’ll take you out of the bracket.

Characters, titles and other trademarks

Fictional characters, film titles and every other name, brand or trademark mentioned here belong to their respective owners. That includes Bruce Wayne/Batman, Bruce Banner/the Hulk and Bruce Almighty. They are used only to identify who or what we’re joking about. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Links to Wikipedia go to an outside site. Wikipedia is a trademark of the Wikimedia Foundation, which has nothing to do with this one.

About the game

In It’s Raining Bruces!, the “impostors” are puns, food, places, diseases and a few real people who simply aren’t named Bruce. They’re there because their names sound close, not as any comment on them.

Everything else

The site’s design, writing, chicken mascot and game are © Praeclaritas & Cluck Squad. Brackets, votes and results are our friends’ opinions. They are not facts, rankings or anything official.
